Costa Rica is the home of my good friend and ole buddy Ellis Doughty. This was the 1st Annual Ellis Doughty Appreciation Day in San Jose, Costa Rica, and I thought well, what better time to go there and visit and celibate this new Costa Rican National Holiday. Eddie the Dog was trying to go, but he seemed to have some "issues" with his passport, so I decided to go on alone.

Vista Linda is Ellis's home in Costa Rica So... Off we go!

I was lucky enough to get a room at the world famous Vista Linda, home of the equally Famous Table of Knowledge, where each morning most of the assembled knowledge of the western world starts their day with coffee or tea. They talk of the weightier issues of the world and generally solve most of them before the rest of world is even half awake. I enjoyed this awesome start to my day, every morning starting at sunrise and continuing until about 9:00am when the assembly adjourned to carry on with the rest of their days adventures and or work.

You could get your B. S. degree here each and every morning, just sitting at the Table of Knowledge.

I finally get to meet the Ellis' great friend and Ex-model Marisol. What a nice lady, and she even likes Ellis too! Well "like" is too mild a word, they make a great couple and I am happy for them both. It is great to see people who are in love and show it. She is a great help to Ellis.
